In Southeast Asia (Vietnam and Indonesia), we develop and operate logistics facilities in cooperation with domestic and international partner companies. Leveraging its extensive track record in the domestic real estate business, we will further expand its Overseas business and continue to provide high-quality logistics real estate not only in Japan but also overseas.
We have a track record of developing and acquiring 12 logistics facilities totaling approximately 160,000 ㎡ in Vietnam and 6 logistics facilities totaling approximately 230,000 ㎡ in Indonesia (as of the end of January 2026).
